Your electrical panel is the hub for the power in your home, distributing power and protecting the circuits with breakers. New home codes have changed a lot over the last 20 years, requiring new Arc-Fault and Ground-Fault protection to help prevent fires and electric shock hazards. It is critical to ensure a safe, up to date Electrical Loads Panel.
New panels now require surge protection as well as proper grounding and bonding per current code and some new circuits and receptacles require AFCI/GFCI protection.
